Our ContiAct® tile machines achieve a design speed of 170 TPM (tiles per minute) with an effective output of 140 to 150 TPM. We engineer complete production lines centered on calculated certainty, from the massive compaction pressures of the extrusion head to the surgical precision of our proprietary aluminum pallets. Our technology is designed to maintain dead-flat accuracy and a million-cycle lifespan, even when transitioning from friction-heated guide rails into 140°F curing environments with 95% humidity.

Beyond tile extrusion, WELSCH holds a unique market position in specialized painting and paint refurbishment systems, providing automation solutions that exceed standard industry offerings. Our RiLu® spray booths operate at up to 150 TPM for pure acrylic coating, while our portfolio includes high-speed small pack tile collating machines (120-150 TPM) and pallet end cleaners that operate at cadences of up to 120 TPM. These systems utilize interleaved dual-circuit logic and multiaxial gripper arms to ensure seamless transitions between individual tiles and compressed bundles of up to 40 units.

By integrating signature movable arms and custom-tuned conveyor logic, our universal machines adapt to complex geometries like verges and ridges. Whether through single-sided paternoster elevators or synchronized master-slave drives, WELSCH provides the mechanical flexibility and adaptive intelligence required for modern industrial tile manufacturing.
